Torque Masters Auto Extravaganza, Symphony Opens & BC Day Weekend

This week in Victoria: the Torque Masters Auto Extravaganza rolls into downtown Sidney on Sunday, August 2 for one of Vancouver Island's premier car shows. The Victoria Symphony Summer Festival opens July 30 and runs through August 9. The Broadmead Saturday Night Car Meetup, farmers markets, and Butchart Gardens fireworks round out the week leading into the BC Day long weekend.

Torque Masters Auto Extravaganza

Hot rods, rat rods, and custom builds take over Beacon Avenue in downtown Sidney. One of Vancouver Island's premier summer car shows. A Poker Run on August 1 kicks off the weekend.

Ten days of orchestral performances across the city. Classical concerts, family matinees, and outdoor pops performances throughout the BC Day long weekend.

BC Day Long Weekend

Free outdoor concerts, waterfront festivals, and community BBQs across Greater Victoria. The unofficial peak of summer. Plan ahead for holiday traffic on the ferries.

Langford Show and Shine

The 14th annual Langford Show and Shine returns to Goldstream Avenue. Featuring live music, a car derby, food trucks, craft stations, balloon artists, and face painting. Free, family-friendly, and a West Shore highlight.
